Table Talk: a year of sessions

Twelve new discussion sessions for networking groups, one a month, on top of the free cards. Each comes as a printable card that works in black and white, a single slide and a host's script, in a 15-minute version for breakfasts and a 45-minute version for longer meetings. It also includes the cast sheet and a spare session for the month the speaker cancels. Five cards are free to try now.

Expected £49 for one group, about £295 for an organiser running up to ten. Larger networks, ask us.

Team packs, including Before we switch it on For managers and HR · Coming soon

Team packs

Ready-to-run sessions for team days, each for a different situation, for teams using AI already and teams who haven't started. Every pack ends with something the team writes itself, in its own words, to keep. Each includes ground rules, a page of notes for the manager, a short list of times not to run it, and a Hot Seat set of sharper questions for teams who can take the heat (except Who's who, because new and merging teams aren't ready for it).

  • Before we switch it on. Bringing in a new AI tool. The team writes down the rules it already lives by.
  • The away day. A general team session, 60 to 90 minutes.
  • Who's who. New starters, a new team, or two teams merging. Maps the work nobody sees and how each person likes to work.
  • Three months in. The follow-up: what changed after AI arrived, and what to check now.
  • The top table. For directors, run by an outside chair.

Expected £79 a pack for one team, £129 for the starter pair (Before We Switch It On plus Three Months In), or all five with a company licence: £395 up to 100 staff, £695 for 101 to 500.
