For trainers, facilitators and team-building firms

Every client is asking about AI. Here's material that gets a room talking.

Sessions that start with what AI does well, run without slides, and end with something the team writes itself. Built around a cast of workplace characters people recognise within a minute, and quote for weeks afterwards.

Why it works in a room

The scenes are short, specific and funny. Nobody has to admit anything about their own workplace. The questions start with a win. And the debrief writes itself: "your team over-played the keen one, and nobody checked".

Ground rules and "don't run this if" notes are built in, so you can put it in front of HR with confidence.

Table Talk cards

Openers and 15-minute discussions, each with a scene, questions and host lines. A 45-minute version of each is in the paid year.

The Gap Check as a room exercise

Everyone answers on their own phone, twice: as themselves and as they think their team would. Nothing is collected.

In development

Team packs

60 to 90-minute sessions: bringing in AI, away days, new and merged teams, three months in, and the top table. Each ends with a written output the client keeps.

Advanced

The Hot Seat

Sharper questions for teams that trust each other, with anonymous answers and clear conditions. The kind of session clients remember.

In development

The character game

A team has to get a project over the line. Event cards arrive ("the AI has invented a statistic", "the person who knew has left") and players combine character cards to handle them. Too much of any one character causes its own trouble.

Cast your NEIL

For clients building AI agents: give each one a personality and a job card, and test plans on a panel of contrasting reviewers.

The trainer licence

Use it with paying clients.

The free cards are for groups and teams to use themselves. If you run sessions for clients, the trainer licence is designed to cover:

  • using the materials in paid sessions, with any number of clients
  • printing handouts for every delegate
  • adapting scenes and wording to a client's sector
  • your own slides and branding, with a "Charlie Jacks" credit
  • updates for twelve months

Expected £249 a year for one named facilitator, including onboarding and editable delivery resources, with firm licences for teams of facilitators. Final terms will be published before launch.

Pilot facilitators wanted

We're looking for a small number of facilitators to run a session free, in return for honest feedback on timings, what landed and what fell flat. Pilots get the first trainer licence at a founder's rate.
