Before the team packs go on sale, we're asking a small number of organisations to run the first one free and tell us how it really went: what landed, what fell flat, and what made people uncomfortable.

The session

Before We Switch It On

75 minutes, run by any manager. No slides, no expert.
4 to 15 people.
The team finds out which AI tools are already in use, without blame, and writes its own ground rules.
Manager notes, three handout sheets and a follow-up checklist.

We send the pack

The full PDF, free. Read the manager notes and the "don't run this if" list first: if your team is mid-restructure or dealing with a grievance, wait.

You run the session

With one real team, in a normal meeting slot. Change anything that doesn't fit, and note what you changed: that's useful too.

Feedback, then a month on

Fill in the form below within a week. Honest beats kind. A month later we'll ask one question: did the agreed action actually happen? In return: any future pack at a founder's rate, and a credit if you'd like one.
