From the sheet to the AI.

Your team has agreed its rules, who checks what, and what stays with people. Now hand that over. Fill in what you agreed and this writes it up as standing instructions you can paste into the AI you already use, and a brief for each agent with a temperament as well as a job.

For: any team that has finished a session, or a sheet, and uses an AI assistant or agents.

Nothing you type leaves your browser. Don't put customer, staff or other personal details in here, or in your AI's instructions. Works with any assistant that has custom or project instructions.

Our AI rules, one per line From Sheet B, or whatever you wrote down Always checked by a person before it goes anywhere, one per line For example: prices and quotes, anything sent to a customer Never goes into AI, one per line For example: customer names and addresses, pay, health information One thing we'll keep doing ourselves So we don't lose the skill If unsure, ask A role, not a name: "the studio manager" How we sound Optional: "plain, friendly, British spelling, no jargon"

3 Your agents (optional)

Give each agent a job and a temperament. The temperament is the part most people leave out. Not sure which? Try the agent line-up or cast them with the Team AI Mirror.
